This is the easiest plant to care for. If you kill this plant there may be no hope for you. It likes low, medium or high light. It also likes to be watered or not watered. And just to add to my point my cat decided my make a nice little meal for herself out of the foliage and I had to cut it back quite a bit. What ever you do this plant will love, or maybe it just doesn't care.
